I was a contract employee at the CRA (See "Who I Am...").
While there, it became obvious to me that permanent federal employees were facilitating and engaging in what were, in my opinion, employment insurance fraud tactics. In effect, federal employees could refuse work one day and literally apply for unemployment the next!
